Redemption Process

  1. Welcome to the PVB Amazing Race Rewards Catalogue. Choose a wide variety of items for your awarded points!
  2. Simply fill out the Redemption form and send to PVB Head office for processing and issuance of the Rewards items. Processing of the Rewards item will be 3 to 5 working days

  3. For eVouchers, kindly note the following issuance process:
    1. The Gift Certificates are electronic Gift Certificates or eVouchers.
    2. Based on your preferred merchant, the eVoucher will be sent via SMS to your registered mobile numbers. Please ensure that your mobile number is correct and valid.
    3. Once the eVoucher is received, you may immediately present the SMS to the Front liner or Customer Service Desk of the preferred merchant.
  4. For the Travel Vouchers, kindly note the following:
    1. A Travel voucher will be issued under your name and destination.
    2. The Travel Voucher will be sent via email. Please ensure that your email address is correct and valid.
    3. Once the Travel Voucher is received, you may immediately coordinate the travel requirements.
